Is getting a tattoo or piercing painful?

Pain tolerance varies from person to person, but both tattooing and piercing involve some level of discomfort. How long does it take for a tattoo or piercing to heal?

Healing times can vary depending on the size, location, and complexity of the tattoo or piercing. On average, tattoos take about 2-4 weeks to heal fully. Healing times on piercings vary a lot depending on the placement of the piercing and individual factors.

I am under 18, can I get a tattoo?

No, we do not tattoo people that are under 18 - even with parental consent.

What are the potential risks or complications associated with tattoos and piercings?

While tattoos and piercings are generally safe when performed by professionals under hygienic conditions, there are some risks involved. These include infections, allergic reactions to inks or metals. It's important to choose a reputable artist or piercer and follow aftercare instructions to minimize the risks.

Are there any age limits on piercings?

Bellybutton, nose, tongue & ear piercings at 16 - can be younger with a parents consent. Nipples & other face piercings at 18 - even with parental consent.

Do you do first earlobe piercings on children?

Yes! More and more children get their first ear piercings here every year, & we love it! Our only criteria is that the children themselves can say that they want their ears pierced. Other than that, it's completely up to the parents to judge when their child is ready to go through with it.
